• A. Maintenance Operations Management
  • Supervise daily, preventive, and breakdown maintenance activities across warehouses and properties.
  • Ensure uptime and operational efficiency of all building services and infrastructure.
  • Attend to emergency maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• B. Electro-Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Works
  • Maintain electrical panels, lighting systems, power outlets, generators (if applicable).
  • Oversee plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, sanitary fittings, and pumps.
  • Coordinate HYAC maintenance and minor repairs.
• C. Civil, Carpentry & Structural Maintenance
  • Manage civil works including flooring, walls, roofing, painting, waterproofing.
  • Supervise carpentry jobs such as doors, racks, partitions, furniture, and fixtures.
• D. CCTV, Security & Low-Voltage Systems
  • Ensure functionality and maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and cabling.
  • Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and vendor support for security systems.
• E. Pest Control & Vendor Management
  • Ensure scheduled pest control activities conducted across facilities.
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage maintenance vendors, contractors, and AMC service providers.
  • Ensure quality, cost control, and adherence to timelines.
  • Verify work completion and approve service reports.
• F. Documentation, Compliance & Reporting
  • Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and asset registers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, QHSE, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare periodic maintenance reports and budgets.
• G. Team Supervision & Coordination
  • Allocate work to technicians and monitor performance.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations, tenants, and management.
  • Ensure safe working practices and toolbox talks.
