MEP Technician

Job Requirements

• Verified ITI/Vocational diploma in Electrical or HVAC fields is strictly required; trade licenses (e.g., DEWA/Municipality grade) are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of site-based experience in high-volume construction or facilities management environments in the UAE.
• Must possess proven capability to read and implement complex technical schematics, operate industrial-grade power tools, and adhere to strict safety documentation protocols on-site.

• Perform high-accuracy diagnostic repairs and installations of MEP systems across commercial and residential sites, meeting aggressive project deadlines while maintaining client-approved quality standards.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules on heavy mechanical infrastructure, identifying system faults before they trigger downtime or safety incidents.
• Strict adherence to all site-specific HSE protocols, including mandatory PPE usage and the correct execution of lockout/tagout procedures before commencing electrical work.
