Job Overview
Previous experience as a technician in a senior role particularly with material handling equipment (MHE) OEMs specializing in different types of trucks such as VNA, Reach Truck, PPT, Stacker and Forklift. Proficient in using hand tools and extensive knowledge of diagnostic machinery. Well versed in diagnosis parameter setting in all kinds of forklifts with exposure to various types of diagnosis software.
ResponsibilitiesStrong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems; basic knowledge and ability to use desktop and mobile devices. Holds a valid driving licence issued in the UAE. Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing. Documents repairs and maintenance activities accurately in the service management system. Ability to manage and lead junior technicians.
QualificationsRequires a Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent/relevant technical certification from school. Possesses a minimum of 7–10 years of hands‑on experience in MHE maintenance and repair, demonstrating a deep understanding of the equipment. Experience in the warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing industry is highly desirable, offering a practical understanding of operational demands.
