Day-to-Day Operations

• Perform diving operations in docks at depths of 12-15 meters.
• Collaborate with the Docks and Marine department to place and remove rubber materials on dock blocks during docking and undocking operations.
• Assist the maintenance department with dock gate maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support dock block setters in arranging berthing setups within the docks.
• Maintaining effective working relationships with workers, foremen, supervisors, and management ensures smooth operations.
• Participate in department-required training programs for various activities.
• Inspect materials to ensure they meet required standards, reporting any damages when necessary.
• Work efficiently within assigned timelines to meet departmental targets.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in all work areas, ensuring proper housekeeping standards.
• Carry out job-related tasks to ensure operational continuity on a day-to-day basis.

• Education: Secondary school education.
• Certification: Commercial diving qualifications from a recognized and reputed diving institute (equivalent to IMCA Class 03 or 02).
• Additional Certification: PADI or BSAC certification with a minimum of 75 dives.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and adherence to safety protocols.
