Responsibilities
- Execute aircraft loading and offloading activities accurately and on time in accordance with Galley Loading Plans (GLP), SOPs, and safety requirements.
- Safely operate and marshal high loaders in compliance with airside regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Adhere to all airside safety procedures, regulations, and company policies to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Support on-time aircraft turnaround by coordinating effectively with team leaders and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with team leaders, promptly communicating operational status, issues or hazards.
- Immediately escalate any incident or safety concern to the Team Leader without delay.
- Follow the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 international standards and execute responsibilities according to department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
- Maintain personal compliance with mandatory training, certifications, PPE usage, and fitness-for-duty requirements to ensure readiness for airside operations.
- Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the food or logistics industry; experience in airline catering is preferred.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a diverse, multinational team.
