Warehouse Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse workers, ensuring timely and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management and possess strong leadership skills.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
• Manage a team of warehouse workers, including training and performance evaluations
• Ensure efficient use of space and equipment to maximize productivity
• Maintain accurate inventory records and handle stock discrepancies
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer demands
• Monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

• Prior experience in warehouse management is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in inventory management systems/software
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred
• Must be able to work without accommodation
