LNR Consultancy are currently working with a top design consultancy who have an immediate need for aSenior Project Manager/Contracts Manager.
You will have a strong design and technical background with business skills, collaborating with a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects to the clients satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be able to take a project from inception to completion and should have the following qualities and skills:
- Suitable candidates will come from a background of Architecture, Design, Construction, Contracts Management field
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC Forms of Contract
- Contract Review / Consultancy Agreement Review
- Procurement / Appointment of Sub-Consultants
- Project Delivery / Project Management
- Project Scheduling Experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Variations, Disputes & Claims Management
