Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute high-profile developments across the UAE. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, handling client communications, and leading projects from concept to completion.

• Lead and manage project teams across multiple functions to deliver high-quality projects.
• Create, maintain, and track comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, key milestones, and any potential issues.
• Oversee client communications, including project expectations and deliverables.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and evaluation.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, real estate, or development projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
