Manager - Operations & Administration (Dubai, UAE)

Our reputable company in Dubai, UAE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee our operations and administration department. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English and have prior experience in a managerial role.

• Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the company.
• Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of various departments within the company.
• Communicate with different departments to ensure coordination and efficiency.
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in managing teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and project management principles.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. The working hours are from 9am to 6pm, Sunday through Thursday. This position does not include accommodation; therefore it is suitable for individuals who are already based in Dubai or have their own accommodation arrangements. However, visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.
