Responsibilities- Manage and oversee leadership and development projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure their timely execution.
- Facilitate L&D sessions and workshops for team members.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Ensure all projects adhere to established standards and legal regulations.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
- Substantial knowledge in project management and L&D practices.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage all project aspects including strategic planning and execution.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
