Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of fundraisers to achieve daily and monthly donor acquisition targets.
- Conduct field coaching, on-site training, and regular performance evaluations.
- Support and guide team members to improve communication, presentation, and donor engagement skills.
- Drive team productivity and ensure professionalism and compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate with management on performance updates, training needs, and operational requirements.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field coaching, fundraising, or sales leadership.
- Strong communication, motivational, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage performance and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work in dynamic field conditions.
- Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
