Indian Manager in Dubai

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and ensuring that all business objectives are met.

• Manage and supervise employees to ensure efficient and effective work performance
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
• Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Create and maintain a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, productivity, and employee satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of employees and provide constructive feedback for improvement

• Must be an Indian national currently living in Dubai
• Proven experience as a manager or similar role in the same industry (minimum of 3 years)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor employees
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
• Valid UAE visa with sponsorship transfer option

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
