Company:
Our client is one of the Middle East’s leading integrated dairy and agribusiness groups, an organisation undergoing significant modernisation, expansion, and investment in large-scale, high-performance farming operations. The business has recently launched a new state-of-the‑art 4,000-cow facility (designed for future expansion to 8,000 cows), equipped with the latest genetics, automated systems, and a renewed commitment to operational excellence, animal health, and professional, merit‑driven team culture.
Opportunity:The company is reshaping its farming division with upgraded infrastructure, and a focus on accountability, high performance, and proactive management. This new “model farm” is located roughly 40‑45 minutes from Dubai, giving senior staff access to a modern expat lifestyle while working in one of the region’s most advanced dairy environments.
Positions:- Farm Manager
:
Responsible for overall herd, people, and farm performance. Leads daily operations, establishes protocols, recruits and develops the team, and ensures high standards of cow comfort, production, and labour efficiency. - Senior Veterinarian (Nutrition expertise):
Leads all veterinary operations. Manages the veterinary team, herd‑health strategy, disease prevention, reproduction oversight, and high‑level clinical decision making. - Secondary Veterinarian
:
Supports the Senior Vet with day‑to‑day herd health and focuses strongly on the feeding centre operations. This is not a nutritionist role; the ideal candidate is rather someone who has previously run feeding centres, understands feed management systems, and can coordinate with external nutrition partners. - Head of Feeding

Oversees all feed‑center operations, feed ordering, feed‑out schedules, TMR accuracy, dry‑matter monitoring, and coordination with nutrition consultants. Ensures consistency and zero‑deviation feeding for high‑production dairy cows. - Head of Milking Parlour (80‑unit rotary):
Responsible for parlour performance, milk quality, SOPs, team supervision, routine maintenance, and smooth running of a large rotary system. Ensures high throughput, consistency, and milk‑quality compliance.
The overall package is highly competitive and fully tax‑free, designed to balance work commitments with excellent quality of life. It includes a base salary, an annual performance bonus, free accommodation, and a generous annual leave. We encourage you to apply with your resume and cover letter in Word detailing your qualifications and relevant experience.
