This role is suited to a relationship‑focused leader with deep market insight, wealth advisory expertise, and a commitment to personalised service. You will oversee a portfolio of private clients, guide a high‑performing team of advisors, and play a key role in nurturing long‑term, high‑value relationships.

• Shape and execute the strategy for the private office across key luxury markets
• Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with UHNW clients and family offices
• Oversee advisory services including real estate investments, cross‑border opportunities, and legacy planning
• Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, and Research teams to deliver seamless client experiences
• Represent the office at exclusive events, panels, and private networks

• 5+ years’ experience in luxury real estate, private wealth, or family office advisory
• Established network of UHNW clients across the GCC, Europe, or Asia
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills and a client‑first approach
• Strategic mindset with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities
