We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., manufacturing, retail, nonprofit].
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modelling.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements.
