Job Purpose: The Franchise Manager is responsible for overseeing the FOH & BOH operations and training initiatives within the venues in Tashas Group.

This role involves working closely with franchisees to ensure they maintain brand standards and provide training programs to enhance the capabilities of employees at all franchise locations.

Main Responsibilities Brand Compliance
  • Ensure that all locations maintain brand consistency in terms of branding, products, and customer experience.
  • Address any deviations from brand standards promptly and effectively.
Franchise Operations Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the franchisor and franchisees.
  • Ensure that franchisees comply with brand standards, operational procedures, and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular site visits and assessments to monitor compliance and provide support.
  • Assist franchisees in addressing operational challenges and implementing best practices.
Training Program Development
  • Design and develop training programs tailored to the needs of franchise locations.
  • Collaborate with Training Managers to create training materials and resources.
  • Update and refine training content as needed to reflect industry trends and brand updates.
Training Delivery
  • Conduct training sessions for employees, including new hires and existing staff.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions at various Tashas Group locations.
  • Ensure that employees receive the necessary training to meet brand standards and performance expectations.
Quality Assurance
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to assess and maintain the quality of services and products offered by the different franchises.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare regular reports on franchise performance, compliance, and training outcomes.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to develop action plans based on data insights.
