Head of Enterprise Risk Management (UAE National)

We are seeking a highly experienced leader (Head of Risk & Resilience) to lead our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks at the enterprise level. This strategic role ensures proactive risk identification, mitigation, and resilience building across the organization.

Key Highlights:

• Strategic leadership role reporting to Risk Management Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ERM & BCM frameworks aligned with ISO 31000, ISO 22301, COSO ERM, and NCEMA standards
• Drive integration of risk and resilience into corporate strategy and decision-making
• Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across all business units
• Champion a risk‑aware culture and lead crisis preparedness initiatives
• Provide strategic insights and reports to senior leadership and the Board

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Business Administration, or related field;
  Master’s preferred
• 10+ years of experience in ERM and BCM, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks
• Relevant certifications (ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager, CBCI/MBCI, or equivalent)
