We’re hiring a Managing Partner to build and lead our presence in the MENA region. This role sets the direction for how Anything is Possible enters the market, grows its reputation and builds a healthy, scalable business. You’ll create the go-to-market plan, shape our commercial approach and take responsibility for winning the right clients, delivering strong work and growing revenue year after year.

Dubai
It is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll run the operation, build senior relationships, lead pitches, guide delivery standards and recruit the early team. You’ll work with the UK leadership team to shape propositions, pricing and positioning, making sure our offer fits the region. You’ll know how to turn opportunity into long‑term partnerships and build the systems that keep growth consistent. It suits someone who enjoys building, thinks commercially and can operate at senior level without layers of support.
Keyresponsibilities
- Build the MENA go-to-market plan, define priorities and set clear commercial goals. The initial focus would be winning business in UAE.
- Lead regional growth, create and qualify opportunities, run pitches and convert long term partnerships.
- Build senior relationships across government, enterprise and high growth sectors.
- Shape local positioning, propositions and pricing with the UK leadership team.
- Oversee delivery across media, creative, organic and tech, ensuring work is sharp, timely and profitable.
- Recruit, lead and develop the early team.
- Manage forecasting, revenue targets and overall financial performance of the region.
- Build useful partnerships with media owners, platforms, tech firms and independent specialists.
- Ensure operational compliance with regional regulations.
- Represent the agency externally with clients, partners and industry bodies.
- Promote smart use of data, technology and AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build the playbook for how we grow and deliver in MENA.
- Strong track record of winning and keeping senior clients, and managing significant revenue, whether from an agency, consultancy or senior brand-side role with commercial responsibility.
- Experience operating in the MENA region.
- Confident communicator able to engage C suite decision makers and guide complex conversations. Arabic language skills are a welcome bonus.
- Confident discussing the full marketing mix and how integrated services work together.
- Commercial instincts, clear judgement and comfort making fast decisions.
- Experience leading pitches and turning opportunities into long term relationships.
- Comfortable building from scratch, running teams and managing a P&L.
- Skilled at shaping propositions and pricing to fit local needs.
- Organised, disciplined and accountable, with a mix of ambition and practicality.
- Enjoys building relationships, spotting openings and shaping them into real business.
