• Plan, execute, and oversee landscaping projects from start to finish efficiently.
• Develop and manage project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and work orders for each project.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits to oversee work quality and provide feedback to landscape teams.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and necessary resources for projects.
• Track project milestones and prepare reports for stakeholders and management.
• Drive team performance and foster a positive work environment for all staff.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices regularly.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms.

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management within the landscaping industry.
• Strong understanding of landscape design, construction, and maintenance practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities successfully.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills are essential.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites is required.
