We are hiring a Leasing Manager to join our clients Dubai-based team.
Must have experience managing leasing agents.
The Leasing Manager will lead the leasing function, driving occupancy, revenue, and client experience. The role requires strategic leadership, team management, and expertise in UAE real estate.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute leasing strategy; set and monitor KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of leasing professionals
- Oversee full leasing cycle: onboarding, pricing, tenant acquisition, and renewals
- Drive adoption of digital rent solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analyze performance metrics and ensure compliance with RERA and local regulations
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- 5+ years in leasing/real estate operations, 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Strong people management, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy;
Prop Tech/Fin Tech experience preferred
