We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager in Dubai and KSA (full‑time or freelance) – someone who can turn creative concepts into world‑class exhibition experiences. A leader who can manage medium to large‑scale stand builds from planning to execution, ensuring every project is delivered with precision, impact, and premium quality.

• Lead and manage medium to large‑scale exhibition stand projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with clients, sales, creative, QS, production, and on‑site teams
• Ensure all builds align with client objectives, timelines, budgets, and brand standards
• Drive planning, coordination, and execution to achieve exceptional project results

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture (an advantage)
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing medium to large‑scale exhibition stand projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
• Adaptability in a fast‑paced, dynamic events environment
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently
