Business Operations Manager Dubai
Le Chene is supporting a UAE-based group to appoint a Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordination, and process improvement across multiple business units.
Scope
- Operational planning & execution
- Cross-functional coordination
- Process optimisation & reporting
- Internal controls, documentation & compliance
- Supporting projects, vendors, and leadership teams
Profile
- 3 to7 years experience in operations, PMO, administration, or business support
- Strong organisational & communication skills
- Able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Package
AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month | Full benefits | Dubai
