Manager - Leadership and Talent Development

Join Emirate Group as a Manager - Leadership and Talent Development and contribute to our global learning strategy.

In This Role, You Will
  • Define, manage and deliver Leadership and Talent Development strategy, infrastructure and objectives to support overall business aligned Learning & Talent initiatives, including training & workshops, blended development programmes, bespoke organisational support, digital programmes, coaching & mentoring, executive leadership development assessment & support, talent frameworks, change leadership programmes and innovation leadership programmes.
  • Implement and enhance the leadership development experience for frontline, emerging and executive leaders.
  • Drive a coaching and mentoring culture that empowers leaders to hold meaningful conversations for the current and future business landscape.
  • Oversee the design and execution of business‑driven emerging leadership development solutions that build capability, improve performance and prepare the organisation for the new world of work.
  • Leverage external partnerships to enhance outsourced executive development solutions and opportunities.
  • Benchmark and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership learning initiatives and programmes, recommending adjustments to align with the Group’s broader strategy.
  • Provide talent development consultancy and behavioural expertise through a people‑lens to support the strategic direction of Emirates Group.
  • Partner with Learning & Talent and broader stakeholders to maximise business impact and value.
  • Lead, manage, mentor and develop a high‑performance team, fostering a collaborative and passionate environment to retain critical talent.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Meet the Following Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in talent development/training, project/programme management, product development or consulting.
You’ll Have an Edge If You Have
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience designing & delivering learning interventions for leadership.
  • Experience managing a team of professionals.
