Salary: 45-55k AED per month (Depending on Experience) + 50% Bonus Scheme

NOTE: This role aligns with UK working hours and is onsite in the Business Bay, so 12.30 pm - 9 pm / 11.30 - 8 pm, depending on the time of year.

Role Summary

As Managing Director for one of our favourite clients, you will lead Redmayne Smith’s strategic direction, driving commercial growth, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture across the organisation. As the senior leader in Dubai, you will champion innovation, ensure strong alignment between departments, and deliver against ambitious business objectives. This is a senior role reporting into the group CEO and other Directors, so you will be strong in reporting upwards to senior leaders across all aspects of the business.

You may already be based in Dubai, or UK-based and open to a future relocation package, but you will have experience of working in UK markets. Preferably, you will also have experience of working in the real estate sector.

IMPORTANT: You won’t just be strong in sales or marketing, you will be strong across both of these specialisms and very strong operationally. You will need to be able to demonstrate this to us and show you can inspire and lead a tight‑knit team.

• ✅ Develop, implement, and lead on the company’s short-, medium-, and long‑term strategic goals.
• ✅ Lead and manage direct reports against KPIs and defined objectives.
• ✅ Oversee Sales, Operations, and Marketing functions, ensuring consistent execution.
• ✅ Build strong succession pipelines through coaching and development.
• ✅ Foster a high‑performance, values‑led culture.
• ✅ Act as a hands‑on, visible leader while delivering the Board’s vision and driving organisational excellence.

Achieve & Exceed Financial Measures

• ✅ Assume full ownership of the P&L, ensuring commercial success and financial discipline.
• ✅ Analyse performance trends to drive profitability and long‑term growth.
• ✅ Present financial updates, forecasts, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
• ✅ Identify commercial opportunities and expansion pathways.
• ✅ Make decisions grounded in data and commercial insight.
• ✅ Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and strategic forums.
• ✅ Set the strategic direction for Sales and Marketing in alignment with growth objectives.
• ✅ Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand.
• ✅ Work closely with the Sales Manager to enhance conversion, performance, and team development.
• ✅ Ensure strong alignment between sales and marketing to optimise the customer journey.
