Head of Sales – Dubai

What we’re looking for
  • Sales Leadership: Minimum of 8 years in progressive sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years of expertise in logistics, supply chain, or e‑commerce sectors, ensuring robust sales strategies and execution.
  • Industry Insight: Proven experience within the logistics industry, with an understanding of operational nuances and market trends specific to the Middle East, and a track record of successfully leading a sales team based in the region.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Chinese to effectively connect with key stakeholders and drive growth in a multicultural environment. Must also have exceptional negotiation, presentation skills and proficiency in engaging with directors and C‑level leaders.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to align sales initiatives with broader organisational goals while effectively managing and motivating diverse teams. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn market insights into actionable plans.
  • Market Expertise: Demonstrated success operating within the Middle Eastern market, leveraging regional knowledge to identify opportunities and overcome challenges, including cross‑border operations.
