About the Role

Due to internal restructuring and internal moves we are seeking a visionary and decisive Head of Project Management to join our dynamic organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing Lead Design and Multidisciplinary Design project management across the engineering service line, ensuring the successful delivery of complex fast paced projects.

  • Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices across the organization
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large‑scale, complex projects simultaneously
  • Manage project portfolios, prioritizing resources and aligning projects with organizational goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and executive leadership
  • Implement and optimize project management tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to executive management
  • Drive innovation in project management practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and delivery
What do we need from you
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Engineering or construction management related field;
    Master's degree preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
  • 15+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role in a Lead Design Management in the GCC.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large‑scale, complex projects in the GCC
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
  • Strong skills in risk management, budgeting, and financial planning
  • Excellent strategic planning and decision‑making abilities
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop project teams
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges
  • In‑depth understanding of industry trends and best practices in project management
  • Experience working in diverse business sectors and adapting project management approaches accordingly
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
