Role OverviewThe Cluster Revenue Manager is responsible for leading revenue strategy and management across both Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai, ensuring optimal occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR). This role oversees pricing, distribution, forecasting, and data-driven strategies across the cluster, working closely with operational and commercial teams to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining alignment with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities Revenue Strategy & ManagementLead cluster-wide revenue management initiatives, optimizing occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across both properties.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities and mitigate risks.
Develop and manage forecasts, budgets, and financial reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Ensure revenue strategies are aligned across properties while accommodating property-specific business dynamics.
Distribution & Channel OptimizationOversee all online and offline distribution channels across the cluster, maximizing revenue and market visibility.
Ensure content accuracy, rate parity, and competitive positioning on OTAs, GDS, and direct booking platforms.
Drive initiatives to increase direct bookings and enhance overall channel performance.
Partner with e-commerce, marketing, and reservations teams to execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies effectively.
Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze guest segmentation, booking patterns, and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare cluster-level reporting, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership to guide strategic decisions.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue management across both properties.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional SupportCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and Operations teams to ensure revenue strategies are aligned with promotions, packages, and guest experience initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to operational teams on pricing decisions, packaging, and upselling strategies.
Act as a mentor and point of reference for revenue management teams at both properties, promoting knowledge-sharing and best practices.
Systems & Process ManagementOversee revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and distribution tools to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
Maintain and improve revenue management processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms across the cluster.
The Cluster Revenue Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue performance for Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai. By leading pricing, distribution, and strategic revenue initiatives, this role directly impacts profitability, market positioning, and the overall commercial success of the cluster.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field;
Master’s / MBA preferred.
7–10 years of progressive revenue management experience in luxury or upscale hospitality, with at least 3–5 years in a cluster or multi-property role.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in revenue management systems, PMS, GDS / OTA platforms, and reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
