Training Specialist (Human Resources Division)

We have a professional automotive R&D process and testing & verification system, ensuring each product can endure over 10 years or 260,000 km of use.
Responsibilities- Establish and improve the company’s training system, and optimize training policies, processes, and resource libraries to ensure alignment with business development needs.
- Plan and implement training programs for all employees, including needs assessment, program design, execution, and evaluation, covering new hires, managers, and professional roles.
- Focus on the business enablement training module by designing and delivering a series of training programs for core business departments to enhance team expertise and performance outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant training experience, familiar with the entire process of training system development and program operations.
- Strong course design and facilitation skills, capable of independently developing business enablement training courses.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and resource integration skills, able to efficiently drive training program implementation.
- Proficient in office software and Learning Management Systems (LMS), with data analysis and report-writing abilities.
- High business sensitivity, strong learning and innovation capabilities, and adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
