Responsible for facility management services including housekeeping and soft service-related specialist services. Managing all soft services outsourced service contracts. Ensuring an adequate availability of supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the buildings. Train team members in all aspects of the technical and non- technical services. Actively multi skill all Company staff to increase flexibility and job satisfaction.
Report any incidents within the agreed time frame. Implement continuous improvement initiatives on site and check effectiveness. Ensure CAFM system is updated by teams on timely basis and cross verify on regular frequency basis. To ensure excellent relationships is maintained with the customers, our suppliers and subcontractors. To ensure monthly reports inputs are provided to FM Admin on monthly basis for reports.
Ensure team maintain good hygiene and grooming standards. Responsibility for training and development of team members. Efficiently utilize the resource and ensure service delivery is delivered to customer satisfaction. Ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures. Report challenges with respect to resources to line management.
