About the RoleAs a Laundry Supervisor , you will manage all day-to-day laundry operations, including processing linens, maintaining equipment, and monitoring inventory levels. Additionally, you will implement quality control measures and resolve service concerns to improve efficiency while collaborating with other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train laundry staff, ensuring productivity, proper procedures, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage day-to-day laundry operations, including processing, distribution of linens, and equipment maintenance.
- Implement quality control measures and address guest concerns related to laundry services.
- Monitor inventory and place orders for cleaning supplies and linens as needed.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs while collaborating with other departments to meet linen and uniform needs.
- Proven experience as a Laundry Supervisor or in a similar role a 5
* Luxury hotel. - Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- In-depth knowledge of laundry operations, equipment, and best practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management processes.
