Persian Horizon Group is seeking a senior Area Manager with deep, hands‑on experience in the luxury beauty industry to lead the setup, stabilization, and performance of four premium beauty salons
.

This role goes beyond project delivery. You will own multiple branches end‑to‑end — from launch and team structuring to service quality, operational efficiency, and profitability — ensuring each salon operates as a replicable, investor‑ready asset
.

• Full ownership of the launch, operation, and performance of 4 luxury beauty salon branches.
• Oversee and standardize all technical departments (Hair, Nails, Lashes, Skincare, Makeup, etc.) ensuring premium service consistency.
• Build, train, and manage technical and front‑of‑house teams across all locations.
• Implement and enforce SOPs, service standards, and operational controls across branches.
• Monitor daily operations, KPIs, staff productivity, service mix, and quality metrics
  .
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align brand positioning, offers, and revenue growth
  .
• Drive each branch toward operational maturity, profitability, and scalability
  .
• Prepare salons for audit, valuation, and potential investor acquisition or exit
  .
• Act as the key escalation point for performance issues, quality gaps, and operational risks
  .

• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in the beauty salon industry (technical mastery is non‑negotiable).
• Proven experience launching, scaling, or managing multiple high‑end salons (minimum
  3).
• Strong people leadership skills with experience managing large, multicultural teams.
• Deep understanding of premium products, equipment, service pricing, and UAE beauty market dynamics
  .
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance quality, cost control, and revenue growth
  .
• Highly organized, disciplined, and comfortable being accountable for results across multiple locations
  .
