Full‑time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Join our dynamic team to oversee agricultural projects with a focus on palm cultivation, from concept to successful completion.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budget for agricultural and palm‑related projects.
• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Lead and motivate project teams to ensure commitment and delivery of key milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety requirements.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditure, and meet financial objectives.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners.

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager in agriculture, agribusiness, or horticulture.
• In‑depth knowledge of palm cultivation and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) and software.
• Excellent leadership, decision‑making, and organisational skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English;
  Arabic proficiency highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• PMP certification is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
