Key Responsibilities      Support the development of change management plans, including activities, timelines, and resource requirements    Execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about upcoming changes    Identify and engage key stakeholders to understand requirements, concerns, and secure active involvement    Conduct detailed impact assessments covering people, process, and technology changes    Provide regular progress reports on change initiatives, milestones, and challenges    Assist with project management tasks including timeline tracking, coordination, and deadline management    Lead project adoption activities using defined measurement and readiness assessment tools    Conduct surveys, assessments, and readiness evaluations to support change adoption    Perform post-implementation reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement    Promote a change-ready culture that encourages innovation, flexibility, and continuous improvement    Planning and Coordination      Provide administrative and coordination support to change managers, including scheduling meetings and managing communications    Engage with employees, management, and stakeholders to address concerns and build alignment    Design, develop, and deliver training plans aligned with assigned change initiatives    Collaborate with learning and development teams to support training delivery    Feedback and Data Analysis      Identify potential risks and obstacles to successful change implementation    Develop and track risk mitigation actions    Analyze feedback and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend adjustments    Self-Management and Professional Conduct      Demonstrate respect, adaptability, and professionalism when working with diverse teams    Manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business demands    Continuously update knowledge and skills to handle new challenges    Promote ethical conduct aligned with GMG’s values and code of ethics    Apply analytical thinking to identify root causes and recommend fact-based solutions    Candidate Requirements      Strong change management and project management capabilities    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint    Excellent written and verbal communication skills    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams    Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field    About the Company  GMG is a global well-being company operating across sport, everyday goods, health and beauty, properties, and logistics sectors.
