This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, scale, and lead mandate.

About the Role

The Global VP – Sales & Marketing is the chief growth custodian of Clasico Brands International.

This role exists to build global revenue engines, institutionalize commercial discipline, and transform a high-potential FMCG portfolio into globally scaled, profitable, and brand-led businesses.

You will own topline, pricing power, market expansion, and brand demand across regions not as separate functions, but as one integrated commercial system.

This role carries full commercial accountability.

Scope
  • Full accountability for global topline, gross margin, trade spend efficiency, and net contribution across all categories.
  • Design and institutionalize global revenue architecture: pricing corridors, discounting frameworks, channel margins, and promotional ROI.
  • Own annual, mid-term (3–5 year), and long-range growth plans across regions.
  • Establish forecast discipline, demand planning accuracy, and revenue predictability.
Market & Channel Strategy
  • Architect region‑specific GTM strategies across:
    • General Trade & Wholesale
    • Modern Trade & Key Accounts
    • E‑commerce & Quick Commerce
    • Cross‑Border
    • Institutional / B2B where relevant
  • Decide where to win, how to win, and where not to play.
  • Lead market prioritization, distributor selection, capability audits, and exit decisions where required.
  • Ensure compliance‑ready launches in regulated FMCG markets.
Brand Strategy
  • Define and execute global brand strategy with strong local market adaptation.
  • Lead integrated marketing across ATL, BTL, Digital, Influencer, and Retail Activation.
  • Oversee NPD launches, portfolio rationalization, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure brand consistency, premium cues, and storytelling across touchpoints.
International Expansion & New Market Entry
  • Identify and unlock new geographies and white spaces for scale.
  • Lead structured entry into new geographies with clear ROI thresholds.
  • Lead market entry playbooks including pricing, compliance readiness, and channel setup.
  • Partner closely with Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure speed‑to‑market.
  • Build and lead regional heads of sales, marketing, and trade marketing.
  • Define capability standards across markets.
  • Establish performance dashboards, KPIs, and governance rhythms.
  • Create a culture of accountability, speed, and execution excellence.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Founder and Board on:
    • Growth investments
    • Portfolio expansion or pruning
    • M&A and strategic alliances (where relevant)
Experience & Profile
  • 10‑15+ years in FMCG Sales & Marketing leadership.
  • Demonstrated multi‑region responsibility (not single‑country roles).
  • Deep exposure to Personal Grooming / Personal Care / Oral Care / Home Care.
  • Has built, scaled, and course‑corrected businesses — not just managed steady states.
  • Strong commercial intellect: pricing, margins, trade economics, and P&L fluency.
  • Globally minded, culturally agile, execution obsessed.
