Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

AE7 Dubai is looking for a Project Manager to work on international projects in UAE and KSA.Preferred candidates to have experience / expertise in High Rise, Residential, Hospitality, Commercial and mixed use project of various sizes and scales in GCC area.

As the Project Manager, you will represent AE7 as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring effective project delivery across all stages. With strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of contracts, processes, and local regulations, you will oversee the complete execution of architectural projects within the UAE and KSA, from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will drive team coordination, streamline communication between disciplines, and ensure that the project meets both client expectations and industry standards.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships to understand their needs and manage expectations.
• Project Delivery: Oversee the entire project life cycle, from design through to execution, ensuring that all engineering services are delivered to the highest professional standards, on time, and within budget.
• Leadership & Coordination: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring seamless coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, and subconsultants. Manage all project disciplines, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with the project goals.
• Contract & Budget Management: Monitor contracts, review and enforce terms, and make strategic decisions to resolve issues, ensuring compliance and adherence to schedules and budgets. Oversee invoicing and payment processes with clients.
• Quality Management: Implement the Quality Management System (QMS) across all stages of the project and identify areas for continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all work is carried out in line with local building regulations, international codes, and life safety requirements, and address any challenges relating to approvals from local authorities.
• Subconsultant Management: Oversee subconsultants by establishing clear standards, objectives, and performance targets, ensuring their deliverables align with the overall project goals and timelines.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Set project targets, track progress, and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders. Make critical decisions to keep the project on track while managing any risks or challenges that arise.
• Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other duties as necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
• A professional degree in Architecture with 10-15 years of total experience, including at least 5 years working in the UAE/KSA region.
• Extensive experience in handling diverse projects, such as residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and large-scale developments.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to guide teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of local building regulations, authorities, international building codes, and life safety requirements within the UAE and KSA.
• Comprehensive understanding of modern and traditional construction techniques, and their application in the region.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants on large and complex projects.
• Proven experience in contract management, budget control, and project delivery, ensuring financial and timeline goals are met.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English. Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience managing projects from design through construction and into handover.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, particularly in navigating complex contractual and regulatory issues.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A proactive approach to ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
