Our client, the regional office of a leading vehicle manufacturer based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop vehicle operations across multiple territories. This is a unique opportunity to shape regional sales strategy and play a pivotal role in driving business expansion.

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies informed by comprehensive market analysis, customer insights, and competitor activity.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure the consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail and wholesale channels to expand regional market presence.

• Currently employed as a Regional Sales Manager or Retail General Sales Manager, with a minimum of 5–7 years’ experience.
• Strategic and analytical thinker, capable of translating market insights into actionable business plans.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience motivating teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Degree-qualified.
• Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving tangible business growth.
