As an Operations Officer at Rentokil Boecker, you will oversee the efficient execution of pest control services while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the daily operations of service teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and organizing daily service schedules for technicians to ensure effective time management and resource allocation.
  • Supervising field teams during service delivery to ensure that treatments are performed according to company protocols.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting regular audits and evaluations of service quality and team performance.
  • Maintaining accurate records of service deliveries, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to address client needs and enhance service offerings.
  • Implementing training and development initiatives for team members to promote skill enhancement and service excellence.
  • Analyzing operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and ensuring the continuous improvement of service processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operational role, preferably within the pest management or service industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
