Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Create and manage maintenance schedules (preventive and reactive), prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
- Inspect maintenance work regularly to ensure it meets company standards and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and provide guidance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair issues across residential properties.
- Maintain detailed logs of maintenance tasks, parts usage, team performance, and service timelines.
- Identify skill gaps and support the training of junior technicians on standards, tools, and safety.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, facilities management, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in property maintenance, with experience in a supervisory team lead role.
- Proven experience with quality control in maintenance or engineering.
- Strong leadership style; authoritative but respectful and fair.
