Negotiable   Gender: Any      We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate all logistics activities, ensuring the smooth flow of shipments, procurement, and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail to support project timelines and optimize logistics efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
- Ensure compliance with standard procedures, administrative and legal formalities when working with third-party service providers.  - Communicate shipment timelines internally to align planning with other departments.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to assist with freight estimation for quotations.  - Analyze logistics budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions for project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department for budget approvals and required documentation.  - Maintain high accuracy in all logistics-related document preparations.  - Ensure optimal service and pricing in all logistics activities.  - Monitor and ensure scheduled receipt of equipment, liaising with freight forwarders to resolve issues.  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers.  - Manage procurement and rental of external resources, services, and facilities needed for projects.

- Improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and procurement processes.  - Assist in implementing policies to enhance operations efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management.
- Qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred.  - Experience in purchasing, inventory, material handling, or warehouse management is an advantage.  - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
- Strong team player with excellent problem-solving and resourcefulness.
- Positive, proactive, and highly organized approach to work.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
