We currently have a great opportunity for an SDR Manager to join our motivated and creative Inside Sales team for the MEA (Middle East & Africa) region.

• Lead a team of 5–8 SDRs.
• Train SDRs to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities.
• Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDRs.
• Work closely with the Demand Gen team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales and other members of the SDR Leadership team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes.
• Adaptor accurate forecasts for weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment.
• Manage and improve Sales Development KPIs.
• Refine the sales pitch and process to achieve optimum results.
• Establish metrics and help the team improve by understanding their performance.
• Create a fun, high‑energy environment where people love coming to work.

• Experience managing a sales team within a SaaS organization.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Verifiable track record of Grade success and goal attainment in a sales‑oriented role.
