Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in AUH. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, and ensure sales objectives are met. They will assist in implementing strategies to improve productivity, manage client relationships, and align with company goals. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is expected to provide guidance and support to team members to achieve operational success.
Qualifications- Strong and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively
- Proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in the banking or telecommunications sector will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in AUH and have current experience 2 years in any DSA in UAE
