Base pay rangePacker (Packaging Assistant) — On-site, United Arab Emirates
Opportunity within the Logistics & Supply Chain / Warehouse Packaging sector supporting high-volume packing and distribution operations in the UAE. This on-site role focuses on accurate, efficient packing and material handling to maintain customer service standards across e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing product lines.
Role & Responsibilities- Perform manual packing, labeling, and sealing of products to meet packing specifications and quality standards.
- Pick and stage orders accurately using pick lists and RF scanners; prepare pallets and cartons for shipment.
- Operate packing equipment such as shrink-wrap and strapping machines; ensure safe, efficient use of tools and consumables.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and ensure products are packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain organized work area and accurate documentation for inventory control and shipment records.
- Follow health & safety procedures, report defects or discrepancies, and support cycle counts or inventory audits as needed.
- Proven experience in packing, order picking, or warehouse operations
- Manual packing
- Palletizing
- Shrink-wrap machine operation
- RF barcode scanner
- Material handling
- Forklift operation certification
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or e-commerce packaging lines
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings or weekends)
