Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Process Technologist to join their growing manufacturing operations in the UAE. This is a newly created leadership position where you will establish and lead a department focused on process optimization, quality control, and continuous improvement
. You will be the first line of defense when it comes to troubleshooting equipment, resolving process deviations, and ensuring consistent product quality. The role is highly hands-on, requiring both technical expertise and the ability to build and inspire a team

- Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
- Lean, Six Sigma, or related certifications are an advantage
- Experience
- 8+ years in manufacturing (automotive, polymer, textile, or chemical industries preferred)
- Proven background in process optimization, quality control, and troubleshooting
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation
- Familiarity with PE/PP yarn or textile production is highly advantageous
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in process control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and thermodynamic systems
- Advanced Excel and ERP (SAP/Business Central)
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making and production analytics
- Soft Skills
- Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and mentor teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure
