As our Pastry & Bakery Head Chef
, you will lead the complete pastry and bakery operations of our central kitchen
, supplying multiple outlets with premium-quality products while ensuring efficiency, consistency, and innovation.

• Lead and manage central kitchen production.
• Ensure product consistency across multiple outlets.
• Develop, standardize & cost recipes (SOPs) and checklists.
• Maintain strict quality control, hygiene & food safety standards.
• Train, mentor and motivate the pastry team.
• Manage raw material planning, wastage control & inventory.
• Drive innovation while maintaining production efficiency.
• Manage the Central Kitchen employees working shifts.
• Proven experience as Head Pastry Chef / Pastry Sous Chef in a central kitchen or large-scale production setup.
• Strong background in bakery & pastry production.
• Excellent knowledge of recipe standardization and yield control.
• Hands-on leader with strong team management skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented and quality-driven.
• Knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP preferred).
