Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out all imports and exports operations of the various hydrocarbon cargo by ships, pipe lines, trucks in a secure and effective way. Perform all the product blending, transfers, additive injections, butanization, pigging etc. as per Standard Operating Procedure. Operate the pumps, valves, loading arms and other terminal facilities in a safe and efficient manner.
* Complete the tank’s gauging, sampling, water draining and quality assurance testing etc. while avoiding cargo contaminations during operations and maintaining the terminal in a clean and tidy state.
* Participate in the trainings arranged by the QHSE team. Report all incidents, near miss and accidents. Always prevent leaks within the terminal. Follow the PTW system for all terminal activities. Treat safety as a top priority and meeting all pertinent regulations, legal/environmental requirements. Align with all the IMS, IMAS system requirements in the day-to-day operations.
* Engage in routine/contingency drills and follow any other task entrusted by the supervisor or management!
* Run inspection of terminal facilities like tanks, exchange pits, pipes, fire pumps, firefighting equipment, cargo pumps, loading arms, valves, tank gauging equipment, etc. Maintain vital terminal records. Inspect, supervise and audit the work of contractors and third-party truck drivers in the terminal. Provide vital training to the subordinates. Monitor, record and report variable parameters at jetty as well as terminal.
* Ensure terminal quality control producers and policies are implemented. Attend classroom training, field trainings for staff development, and maintain IMAS and IMS record of the same. Engage in continuous improvements and quality control efforts to improve operational efficiency and customer happiness. Handle resources and improve equipment’s efficiency to reduce operational delay and costs.
* Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the operations and the business.
* Act as fire fighter in the event of fire incident and understand and abide by the Terminal safety responsibilities.

* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

*** Undergraduate University Degree in any Engineering Field or equivalent experience
* 3-year minimum experience in Oil terminal or Petro chemical industry
* Self-Started
* Great teammate
* Able to work with minimal direction
* Good knowledge of Safety standards and high degree of safety awareness
* Solid understanding of MS office Suite
* Good written and spoken English language skills
* Comfortable to work on a rotating shift schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime)
