A Project Coordinator specializing in multi-factory operations and reporting to the CEO - Manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Ensure that daily actions and milestones at various factories work together as a synchronized delivery engine.
- Coordinate site activities for both internal teams and external resources.
- Prepare comprehensive project dashboards and status reports for senior management.
- Maintain a centralized repository of data.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between factory site supervisors, external vendors, and high-level stakeholders (e.g., Managing Directors or C-suite).
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or sites simultaneously while maintaining a focus on long-term organizational goals.
- 7+ years of relevant experience for senior-level coordination involving multiple sites and executive reporting.
- Experience working with the Government Authorities.
