• Pack, label, and prepare frozen products for shipment in accordance with company standards.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods from vehicles, trucks, and storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all work areas, including freezer storage, drystorage, and packing stations.
• Ensure the correctquantity and quality of items are packed before dispatch.
• Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely and as required.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols consistently.
• Work efficiently and safely in cold environments (typically
  -18°C or 0°F).
• Report anydamaged, spoiled, or expired products to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform othergeneral warehouse duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse or packing operations preferred, especially in cold storage or food production environments.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move moderate loads safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow safety, hygiene, and operational procedures accurately.
• Team player with a positive and reliable work attitude.
• Flexibility to work in shifts or weekends if required.
