Building external wall painting damaged

Large sections of the external paint are peeling, faded, or discolored, indicating prolonged exposure to harsh environmental conditions and inadequate protection.

Surface Damage : Multiple holes and cracks have formed on the exterior surface, possibly due to thermal expansion, moisture ingress, or aging of materials.

Total Affected Area: The estimated total area requiring attention is approximately 900 square meters (Extract area to be measured during the site visit).

• Clean all affected surfaces to remove loose paint, dirt, and contaminants.
• Fill and seal all holes and cracks using appropriate exterior‑grade filler or sealant.
• Apply primer on repaired areas to ensure better paint adhesion.
• Apply two coats of high‑quality, weather‑resistant exterior paint suitable for the local climate.
• Ensure paint is applied to approximately 900 sq. meter area (Extract area to be measured during the site visit).
• Erect necessary scaffolding and ensure worker safety compliance.
• Use protective coverings to shield nearby areas from paint spillage.
