Production Manager – Furniture & Interior Projects

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager from the furniture and interior fit-out industry to manage end-to-end production for hotel and hospitality projects
. This is a senior role requiring strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and a polished, professional communication style to coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.

• Lead and manage complete production operations for furniture and interior works across hospitality projects
• Plan and control production schedules, manpower allocation, and factory output
• Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to ensure drawings, specifications, and timelines are met
• Maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring high-end finishes and detailing
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, and material procurement for smooth production flow
• Monitor production costs, minimize wastage, and improve operational efficiency
• Support site teams during installation, snag resolution, and final handover
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and industry compliance standards
• Represent the organization professionally in meetings and cross-functional coordination

• Strong experience as a Production Manager / Senior Production Professional in furniture manufacturing or interior fit-out
• Mandatory exposure to hotel/hospitality contract projects
• In-depth knowledge of furniture production, joinery, materials, finishes, and hardware
• Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Well-spoken, polished, and confident communicator
• Results-driven with a hands-on approach to production leadership

• Experience working on premium hospitality interiors
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, designers, and project managers
