Scope of Work- Inspection and troubleshooting of 02 Nos. chilled water chemical dosing systems, including control panels, dosing pumps, sensors, and associated piping.
- Dismantling and repair of faulty dosing pump components.
- Cleaning of blocked injection lines and removal of any internal blockages.
- Recalibration of chemical dosing sensors and control settings to maintain proper chemical balance and corrosion control in the chilled water system.
- Electrical inspection and rectification of wiring and control panel faults.
- Testing and commissioning of both dosing systems to ensure automatic chemical injection and proper operation.
